"Lighten" up your Sign
A sign without light cannot be seen at night. Too obvious, perhaps? If your business relies on customers seeing you sign at night...you need an illuminated sign. While you can just put a spotlight on a basic sign, an illuminated sign is brighter and more clear.
An illuminated sign is an aluminum cabinet with a plexi or lexan face. The sign is lit from the inside. Here are a few important details about illuminated sign cabinets. Professional constructions are made from heavy guage extruded aluminum sides with high output cool white fluorescent tubes. The cabinets should be at least 8" deep for single face or 11" deep for a double face. Plexi is O.K. but Lexan is more impact resistant. The graphics should be transluscent to allow for the best and brightest color transmission.
